The following terms and conditions regulate the service provided on this website by Connect the point S.L., with registered office at Calle París 183, 2º2ª, 08036 Barcelona (Spain) and CIF (Tax Identification Number) B63807929 (hereinafter, "Connectad") to the client or user, as well as the use of the same. Both browsing the online shop and the purchase of any of the products offered therein, implies acceptance as a user, without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of these general conditions of contracting and use, which Connectad undertakes to make available to you through publication on this website so that you can consult them.

The products offered on this website, and more specifically the prices, characteristics, promotions and any other type of information, may change without prior notice. All modifications will take effect from the date of their publication on this website.

2. Products sold

All our products are customized according to the specifications that you provide us. Once the order is approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations. The client is obliged to pay the agreed price for any work that has been carried out by us until its cancellation.

All products for sale are subject to availability and acceptance of the order by Connectad. Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the date indicated in each case or until stocks last.

3. Purchasing procedure

Via the website:

You can place an order for an unbranded product by following the steps of the purchase process that will be indicated in the shopping cart where the selected product is located.

For branded products, you must follow the same steps as explained above, taking into account that a virtual sketch acceptance will be required to proceed to the production of the project. If final approval via the website is not possible, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the design and next steps. 

The necessary sketches will be made until they are approved.

Via a price quote:

If you have selected a product but do not wish to buy it online for whatever reason, you can ask us for a quote by filling in a short form. We will send you the quote and the order can be finalized online or with a commercial agent who will always be available to help.

3.1 Order

No order will be considered accepted by Connectad unless and until it confirms it unconditionally in the order confirmation. Connectad reserves the right to reject any order without the obligation to state its reasons. If your offer is not accepted and a charge has already been made to your account, the amount will be refunded in full.

The customer can personalize each product with an image, logo or text. In the case of personalization with an image or logo, the customer is obliged to provide reproducible material of good quality (see instructions on the graphic material we need for a 100% accurate project).

There may be slight deviations of branded products from the digital sketch, such as colour shades, logos and/or dimensions, without this being a failing on Connectad’s part.

3.2 Delivery

In order to avoid delivery errors, it is essential to provide your contact details and telephone numbers.

The shipping cost is:

· Free: when the order exceeds €200 (VAT included).

· Standard shipping: €9.90 if the order amounts to less than €200 (VAT included). This cost may vary if the delivery method is different from the standard one.

Delivery times:

· Product (in stock*) branded with a logo: 2 to 3 weeks, counting from the time the digital sketch was approved.

In the event that this period is affected for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible.

· Product (in stock*) without branding: 2 to 3 days, with standard shipping, counting from the time the payment was confirmed.

*When the product is available the timings are as mentioned above. If the selected product is out of stock, we will inform you within a maximum of 24 (working) hours and we will inform you of the time frame adapted to the availability, the possible alternatives or the reimbursement of the amount paid if the purchase has been completed.

3.3 Returns

In the event of visible damage to the goods on receipt of the order, you must note this on the carrier's delivery note and inform us within 24 hours of receipt.

If you make a purchase of a product without marking and you are not satisfied with the product received, you have a period of 7 days to proceed with the return and has a cost of 15 € (it is the cost of the warehouse to count and review the units and relocate them). Do not send us the goods without first contacting us. We will give you a return code and we will inform you of the pick up we will do or the instructions for you to make the return postage paid.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products with marking, given its exclusivity.
  • USB flash drives in any case.
  • Food or perishable products. 

The products offered on our website have different warranty periods depending on the product. Contact us.

4. Reservation of ownership

We reserve ownership of the entire order until receipt of all payments for delivery.
