For products without customization the usual delivery time is 2-3 days and a maximum of 1 week as long as there is stock available.
For products marked with a logo, the usual delivery time is 2 or 3 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks, counting from the time the order was placed. These assumptions are valid for products in stock. In case there is no stock available, we commit ourselves to inform you within 48 hours and to reimburse the payments that would have been made.

To cancel an order you only have to communicate it to us by e-mail ( info@connectad.net), providing us with the number of the order you wish to cancel. Please note that if the product is marked with a logo, the order can only be cancelled if it has not entered into production. If you have already paid by bank transfer, you must provide us with your bank details (account number) so that we can refund your money. This will only be possible by e-mail.
Connectad will electronically store the order. To modify an order, simply let us know by email, providing us with the number of the order you wish to modify. Please note that if the product is marked with a logo, the order can only be modified if it has not gone into production.

When placing your order, it is advisable to leave as much information as possible regarding delivery, such as delivery times, or maximum pallet dimensions (if any). For individuals, if you are not present at the time of delivery, our transport agency will leave you a notice so that you can contact them and arrange delivery, without additional costs. If the goods cannot be delivered, they will be returned to Connectad. A very practical option to save time is to request delivery to your office or place of work and not to your personal address.
In case you notice at the time of delivery any lack of conformity or that the package or the goods are visibly damaged, you must record these circumstances in the delivery note of the carrier and report these facts to CONNECT THE POINT, SL. immediately (always within 24 hours after delivery) and in writing by email to info@connectad.net). In any case you must always verify that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition.
If the product shows clear signs of deterioration or damage or shows transport related damage, you must notify Connectad via email info@connectad.net of the damage within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Obvious damage must also be notified on the carrier's delivery note. In this case we will replace the product at no extra cost.
In case of visible damage to the goods upon receipt of the order, you must state it on the delivery note of the carrier and inform us within 24 hours of receipt.
If you make a purchase of an unmarked product and you are not satisfied with the product received, you have a period of 7 days to proceed with the return and it has a cost of 15 € (it is the cost of the warehouse to count and review the units and relocate them). In addition, if your order caused transport costs, they must also be paid together with the 15 € in the return. Do not send us the merchandise without contacting us first. We will give you a return code and we will inform you of the pick up that we will do or the instructions for you to make the return postage paid.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products with markings, given their exclusivity.
- USB flash drives in any case.
- Food or perishable products.
